PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues complete LOI with full banking details
2. Seller issues FCO and Draft Contract
3. Buyer reviews and approves the FCO and Draft Contract, and shows proof of funds (BCL)
4. Seller issues Final Contract
5. Buyer and Seller both sign and seal the Final Contract
6. Buyer remits deposit as agreed.
7. Seller issues shipping proofs
8. SGS Inspection at loading port
9. Shipment commences
Port Loading visit can be discussed between the Seller and Buyer during Final Contract signing. At that time, we can also provide proof of past performance, such as Ocean Bills of Lading (OBOLs) and SGS inspection reports. The AQSIQ number will be provided with the shipping documents.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Our mode of payment is bank transfer,for first and
Second payment. Buyers are given the opportunity to
Pay 30% upfront payment which will be used to finance

When the Payment has been comfirmed, a bill of landing

Final 50% will be made,through l/c.
